We are building a software repository and knowledge bank. The software repository will provide a variety of software packages while the knowledge bank will consist of a document repository for documents on FOSS and a members' forum.

We provide complete Debian and Ubuntu based linux installlations for all purposes. Our choice of Debian is based on the belief that the Debial model promotes a distribution that is non-commercial and well supported by an extensive develper community. Five years of working with debian systems have convinced us of the stability rugednes and great security of Debian.

We also support other Linux distributions lke Fedora, CentOs, Ark Linux, Xandross ClarkConnect ad SME Server, and several live linux systems.

Over the years, we have developed expertise in the setting up and implementation of Linux thin Client systems based on LTSP and K12Ltsp. We  have deployed the systems in school labs, internet cafes and smal business networks. contact us for more support

We have built a Debian based Beowulf cluster for out main server and knowledge bank which we can now duplicate to set up similat high availability and high performance computing systems. Our system uses used 486 motherboards to deliver a mini super computer, the first of its kind in Uganda. We have the practical and technical knowledge to build similar systems for any one or company.

We encourage the use of recycled equipment in a deliberate effort to improve the environmental impact of IT equpment. Re-use of IT equipment, reduces the environmental impact of electronic waste, contributes to the long term sustainability of the electronics industry and provides affordable equipment for those who need it.

We are connected to providers of refurbished and recycled computers and equipment in Uganda. We advise on the best equipment and what open software packages work best with your desired hardware.
