Chris R. Kasangaki - Team Leader
Linux and open source promoter, trainer and finance administrator (East African Center for Open Source Software) since 2005, Microfinance and Community Economic development worker for 24 years. Over 16 years in computers and IT, has served in managerial and administrative capacity in several voluntary organisations. Extensive experience in appropriate technologies in energy and rural crafts.

Stephen Jjingo – (Lead Technician)
Stephen is an experienced IT support technician with over 14 years hands on experience in electronics, computer hardware, computer training, Internet systems and LAN/WAN set up and maintenance and solar backup systems. He supports over 37 health centres and hospitals all over Uganda under the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau. He provides IT field support for several mission stations, schools and hospitals of the Comboni Missionaries in Uganda and parts of Southern Sudan. He is the founder of Voluntary ICT Initiatives (VICTI) a non-profit effort to make ICTs accessible to rural communities.

Gerald Nkwanga – (Lead Trainer)
Specialised in the fields of electrical engineering, renewable (alternative) energy, computer programming, and total quality management, ICT trainer at the Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology (UICT). He has many years as an instructor and electrical engineer in Uganda with over ten years working in the U.S.A. He is comfortable instructing in basic PC maintenance skills plus the use of open source software. He has experience building applications using both open source and proprietary software.

Irene Nakalembe – (Community Relations)
Specialist in Social administration, Micro finance and Community economic development with certified training in computer networking (Cisco Certified Network Associate).

Catherine Namugga – System Administrator
Catherine is a graduate of Information Technology and Cisco Certified Network Associate who is comfortable with open software programming and wireless Networking.
